What are the shipping options and costs? We ship to all 50 states in the United States with the following options at checkout:

  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
  • FREE SHIPPING (7-14 business days): $0
  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
  • Free Standard (7-14 business days): $10

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Products & Sizing

What types of eyewear do you sell? We offer a variety of eyewear including sunglasses, optical frames (for prescription lenses), blue light glasses, reading glasses, and more. Many frames are designed to accommodate prescription lenses.

How do I choose the right frame size? Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, temple length). We recommend comparing these with your current glasses or using our size guide (if available). Many styles also support virtual try-on.

Are your glasses suitable for prescription lenses? Yes, many of our frames are prescription-ready. Please check the product description for details. We do not install prescription lenses ourselves — you can take the frames to your local optician.

Are the lenses polarized / UV protected? Most of our sunglasses come with UV400 protection and polarized options. Please refer to the individual product specifications for exact lens features.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Frames must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Customized or prescription-ready items may have restrictions.

How do I return an item? Contact our customer support with your order number. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (usually within 5-7 business days).

What if my glasses arrive damaged? Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
